Dr. Ahmed Talaat Hammoudi participates in a workshop on 5G technology as part of Iraq Technology Week activities

As part of Iraq Technology Week and coinciding with World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, Dr. Ahmed Talaat Hammoudi, representing the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, presented the first workshop entitled:
"Communications Technology and 5G Technology"
This workshop took place on May 17, 2026, at the Baghdad International Fair – VIP Hall, in the presence of representatives from several governmental, academic, and technical institutions supporting the technology and communications sector in Iraq, including:
• Iraqi Engineers Syndicate – General Center
• Communications and Media Commission (CMC)
• Iraqi Ministry of Communications
• Iraqi National Center for Artificial Intelligence
• University of Information Technology and Communications
Iraq Technology Week aims to highlight the latest technological developments and promote an environment of innovation and digital transformation across various sectors.
