In accordance with the directives of Professor Mushtaq Talib Al-Nida, President of University of Anbar, aimed at enhancing integration and cooperation between research centers and university faculties, Dr. Ahmed Talaat Hamoudi, Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center, received members of the Faculty of Science Council on Manday, April 14, 2024, under the chairmanship of the respected Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Essam Ramzi Abdulghafour.
The visiting delegation was briefed on our center's departments and laboratories in the field of renewable energy (solar energy and wind energy). The delegation also learned about the devices and equipment used in the field of renewable energy. Agreements were reached on some joint projects to enhance the scientific reality and raise the level of practical and scientific research in our center and postgraduate studies at the College of Science.
Several issues were discussed, including:
- Formation of research teams.
- Joint collaboration in teaching at the Faculty of Science.
- Joint supervision of postgraduate students at the faculty.
- Supervision of graduation projects for undergraduate students.
- Utilization of laboratory equipment available at the center for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
