A member of the Renewable Energy Research Center participates in delivering a training lecture at the University of Fallujah

Dr. Ibrahim Hakim Mohammed, a lecturer at the Renewable Energy Research Center at the University of Anbar, participated in delivering a scientific lecture as part of a training course organized by the Construction and Projects Department at the University of Fallujah in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Department and the Continuing Education Center. The course was held under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and under the supervision of the Director of the Construction and Projects Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Suleiman Nayef Ahmed.
This participation came within the framework of the training course entitled:
“From Waste to Sustainable Concrete: Practical Applications and Economic Evaluation.” The course was attended by a number of employees from the Construction and Projects Department and those interested in the building materials sector and modern construction technologies.
The lecture addressed the concept of sustainable concrete and explained the mechanisms for utilizing solid waste in the production of environmentally friendly construction materials. It also reviewed the practical applications of these technologies and demonstrated their economic feasibility in engineering projects, contributing to cost reduction and achieving environmental sustainability. This event is part of ongoing efforts to enhance scientific collaboration and the exchange of expertise between universities and research centers, as well as to support training activities that contribute to developing scientific and technical capabilities in the fields of engineering and modern building materials.
At the conclusion of the course, the participants expressed their gratitude to the lecturer and the organizers for the scientific and practical information presented, which contributes to improving professional performance and enhancing knowledge in the areas of sustainable construction technologies.
