“Mulation of Heat Gain by Conduction through Walls for Residential Buildings in Iraq: Ramadi City as Case Study”

Accurate estimation of the thermal or thermal load of a structure requires calculating the heat gain and/or loss through the walls or ceiling under specific climatic conditions. Given its importance in selecting sustainable building materials, a large number of engineering literature has led to the creation of many effective techniques to do this work. In this study, Fourier series, a third harmonic technique, was used in MATLAB to model the heat gain. The hourly gain fluctuation through walls and ceilings served as the basis for the simulation, and conductive heat transfer was calculated. The simulation process facilitates the determination of the amount of heat gained through different configurations of walls and ceilings. The figure is the input data for the simulation program. The layers of the roof and walls, as well as the thermal properties of each layer.
