Alhurra channel conducted a report on renewable energy in Anbar Governorate.  (Assistant Prof. Wissam Hashem Khalil) - Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center explained the importance of renewable energy, especially solar energy. Iraq is considered one of the countries with high solar radiation that exceeds the European continent, which makes it one of the countries suitable for the establishment of large solar plants to supplement the electrical network with electrical energy and fill the shortage in the national grid.
