Pursuant to the directives of the President of University of Anbar (Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nida) on the necessity to work of research centers with universities, in particular Iraqi universities in order to open cooperation and exchange scientific experiences. The Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center (Assistant Prof. Dr. Wissam Hashim Khalil) participated in the viva committee of a MSc student (Amer H. Muhaisen) / Department of Mechanical Engineering / College of Engineering / University of Anbar, title of thesis: 

Enhancement of Horizontal Wind Turbine Blade Performance Using Multi Airfoil Section and fence.
