Participation in a Master thesis discussion

Renewable Energy Research Center seeks to focus on solar energy applications as part of renewable energy and thus, the researchers contribute to presenting research issues to post-graduate students in the collage related to the specialization of the center. Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Hashim Khalil - Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center, participated in the viva of a master’s student (Muhammad Salih Fahmy) - College of Engineering - Department of Mechanical Engineering on Tuesday 10/11/2020 and it is mentioned that the director of the center was supervising the student’s thesis, where the thesis was entitled:
“Energy and Exergy Analysis of a Finned-Plate Solar Air Heater Using Thermal Storage System”
Which is concerned with studying the performance of solar air collectors and the methods used to improve it. This type of collector is used in drying agricultural crops.
