Mr. M.M. Qusay Hatem Issa, a lecturer at the Energy Research Center - University of Anbar, designed and launched the Pareto chart program and adopted it as an effective tool in teaching methods courses that focus on enhancing blended learning. The program aims to analyze educational problems and challenges using the 80:20 rule, which states that 80% of the results come from 20% of the causes, which helps focus on the most influential points to improve the educational process. This achievement is an important step towards developing innovative tools that contribute to improving the quality of blended learning and enhancing teaching efficiency. It also reflects the commitment of lecturers at the Energy Research Center to provide practical solutions to meet challenges in the educational field.
