Appreciation and Recognition

Dr. Ahmed Talaat Hammoodi, the director of Renewable Energy Research Center, received appreciation and recognition from the Federation Arab Engineers. This recognition was a result of his active participation in the Arab Conference on Telecommunications and Information Technology, titled
"Digital Transformation for Sustainable Infrastructure"
held in the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain on 27-28/2/2024. He presented his research paper titled:
"ICT Sector in Iraq: Continuous Progress and Increasing Challenges."
The research paper explored significant developments in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Iraq in recent years. The session provided a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the sector, highlighting progress in infrastructure development, digital integration, and technological innovation.
